About the Role

A rapidly growing technology business is seeking a People & Culture Manager to support its next stage of growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, performance, employee wellbeing and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives

  • Develop people policies and procedures

  • Manage employee relations cases

  • Support leadership development

  • Oversee performance review processes

  • Champion company culture

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 or above

  • Strong HR Generalist background

  • Experience within a scaling business

  • Excellent stakeholder management
