About the Role

An established regional contractor delivering projects across Surrey, Hampshire and London is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. You’ll manage project costs from procurement through to final account across a range of education, healthcare and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost planning and forecasting

  • Procurement of subcontract packages

  • Valuations and applications for payment

  • Variation management

  • Final accounts

  • Commercial reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

  • 3+ years’ experience

  • JCT contract knowledge

  • Strong commercial awareness
