About the Role

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £45m commercial office development in Canary Wharf. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing site safety and ensuring programme milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations

• Manage subcontractor performance

• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks

• Monitor project progress against programme

• Ensure health and safety compliance

• Report to the Project Manager

Requirements

• SMSTS

• First Aid at Work

• CSCS Card

• Minimum 5 years’ Site Management experience

• Commercial build experience
