About the Role

An ambitious founder-led business is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help drive operational excellence and support significant growth plans. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee business operations, people, performance and strategic execution.

Requirements

  • Previous COO, Operations Director or Managing Director experience

  • Proven experience scaling businesses

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
